Accessing the WhatsApp Inbox: To access the WhatsApp Inbox, log in to the SuperLemon app and navigate to the WhatsApp Inbox section. This section consists of two subsections: Chats and Configurations, each offering unique capabilities to enhance your communication strategy.
A. Chats Subsection: Within the Chats subsection, you'll find everything you need to manage your customer conversations effectively.
Chat List and Tabs: On the left side, you'll see a list of customer chats along with assigned tags, allowing for quick access and efficient organization. The Chats section includes three tabs: Open, Closed, and All. The Open tab displays ongoing customer conversations, while the Closed tab showcases completed chats. The All tab provides a consolidated view of both open and closed chats, ensuring comprehensive chat management.





Customer Conversation Window: On the right side, you'll find the customer conversation window, designed to resemble the familiar layout of the WhatsApp Business App. You'll see the customer's WhatsApp name and number at the top of the conversation. Personalize the chat by adding custom notes for easy reference. The time remaining for the 24-hour window session is also displayed.

Quick Replies: For ongoing chats, you can utilize quick replies. Simply type '/' followed by the keyword, and the corresponding quick response will be automatically populated in the chat, streamlining communication. Learn more about setting up quick replies in the Configuration section.



Approved Templates: For chats beyond the 24-hour session, you can select approved WhatsApp templates to initiate conversations. You can create new templates in the 'Templates' section.





Actions and Media Files: Take advantage of various actions within the chat window, including marking chats as open or closed, assigning tags for efficient categorization, and accessing media files exchanged by clicking on the hamburger button.



B. Configuration Subsection: The Configuration subsection allows you to fine-tune the settings of your WhatsApp Inbox Tool for optimal performance.
Working Hours: Define your business hours and configure automated responses for messages received outside of these hours. This ensures timely information and acknowledgment for your customers.



Tags: Create and manage tags that can be assigned to chats, facilitating easy organization and categorization of conversations based on specific criteria.
