Do you offer a free plan?

Yes, we offer a free plan that comes withWhatsApp Chat and Share Widget features.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, all paid plans come with a cumulative total of 30-day free trial. You can cancel any time before that, and you will not be charged. However, this does not apply to usage-based charges.

Can I change my plan later?

You can switch freely between plans whenever you wish. Upgrade to any paid plan, or downgrade to the free plan from the ‘Plans’ page any time.

How does usage-based charge work?

Usage based charge in the Automated plan means you are billed only if an automated message is successfully sent to your customer's WhatsApp number.

Are there any setup fees or other charges?

No, we do not levy any setup fees or other one-time charges.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by going to the ‘Plans’ page and downgrading to the Free plan. Alternatively, you can uninstall the app to cancel your subscription as well.

What will happen to my current Ultimate Plan?

You will be moved automatically from your current Ultimate plan to the new Ultimate plan without any additional charges. You will be charged the same amount you had initially subscribed for your Ultimate plan every month till the time you don’t switch your plan or uninstall and re-install the app.

Who can use WhatsApp Business API?

Any business with a coding expert or anybody with coding skills can use WhatsApp Business API.

Please remember we also have a deployable solution that we can install without the need for any coding skills. So, if you don't have a coding expert, then use our Gupshup’s ready-to-deploy solution.

Can I downgrade from paid trial or paid plan to a free plan?

You can downgrade from paid trial or paid plan anytime. You just need to go to the ‘Plans’ page and downgrade. After downgrading from a paid plan, you can enjoy the Free plan forever.

Is SuperLemon WhatsApp app GDPR friendly?

SuperLemon is completely GDPR friendly. We don't store the data of our clients or the data of their customers without proper consent. We ensure that data is stored in an encrypted way.

Why are automated messages sent from a +1  number?

+1 is considered as a neutral number worldwide. Our thousands of customers benefit with a +1 number sending their messages. The chances of their approval are always greater than any other country code.

Can we add our own brand name and logo to the +1  number?

We use +1 as a common number for all our merchants everywhere. And so, if we will use your brand name or logo, that’ll reflect for all our other merchants too. So, we cannot use your brand name and logo.

Can we send messages from our own number?

For sending automated messages, you need only a WhatsApp Business API number. Not all numbers can be converted to aWhatsApp API number. So, you cannot send messages from your own number unless you have your own approved WhatsApp Business API. 

However, you can get a new number and apply for WhatsApp approval and once you have it approved SuperLemon will be sending all automated messages using your number.
